So, when I brought it out from the oven, guess what happened? Also, my kids were like, “WOW! YUMMY! YUMMY!!! Can you imagine the taste?” Furthermore, this Crostata (Tart) Recipe has everything: it is easy to prepare.

The Preparation of the Italian Fruit Tart (Crostata) Recipe
1. Beat together the butter and sugar until well combined. Add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla.
2. Mix the flour, salt, and baking powder separately. Then gradually add the dry ingredients, just until the mixture just mixed.
3. Then, wrap them in plastic wrap and chill them for about an hour.
4. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and allow it slightly to come to room temperature. Then, it’s time to roll out the base of the crostata and place it on your pan after you have greased it. Use your hand to press the dough into the bottom and sides of the pan.
5. Spread the jam evenly over the dough.
6. Now roll out some dough and cut out some stripes, then lay them over the jam.
7. Bake until the pastry is golden brown. Let it cool before serving, and it is at room temperature.
This looks so good. I tried making a version of this but I used apples and Bubbies sauerkraut, it was actually delicious!
