  • Cut the base and ends of it stalks into bunches 
  • After rinsing it 
  • Please put it in a blender with a bit of water 
  • Blend and sieve out the juice 
  • Can be taken with or without ice cubes 
  • The rest should be stored in an airtight jar and the refrigerator.
