They are different ways of using celery but we will focus on the celery drink or juice. Taking the plain celery drink with no other ingredients is very good but to make it more tasty and palatable it’s advisable to add other ingredients too as they also have their own benefits like cucumber, apples, ginger, kale, and lemon. You must use it at once. You can decide to use just two or three ingredients.

Using A Blender To Make The Celery Juice

  • cut the base and ends of the celery stalk into bunches 
  • After rinsing it 
  • put it in a blender with a little water 
  • blend and sieve out the juice 
  • Can be taken with or without ice cubes 
  • the rest should be stored in an airtight jar and stored in the refrigerator

Blending Celery With Other Ingredients

Celeries
  • Cut the bases and tops of the celery stalk bunch
  • Wash and clean the celery with other ingredients you want to add
  • First, blend the celery with very little water till it’s a smooth purée
  • Is time to sieve out the juice from it
  • Then blend the rest of the ingredients and add to it
  • Stir it together
  • But ensure that the celery is more than the rest of the other ingredients like the cucumber, apple, ginger, etc.
  • Serve it fresh
