Ingredients for making this coconut bar recipe

  • 1/2 cup condensed milk 
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar 
  • 2 1/2 cups of coconut flakes 
  • 1/2 cup of almond or cashew nuts. 

NOTE:

Always use fine desiccated coconut, so it’s easy for you to roll into balls.   

And add more desiccated coconut if the mixture is too sticky and you cannot move the balls.

Method for this coconut bar recipe

  • Get a bowl and combine the condensed milk, 1 cup of the coconut flakes, and powdered sugar mix and blend them ( feel free to add nuts here)
  • Now you have to place the mixture in a refrigerator and chill for 1-2 hours. 
  • Once it’s cold, take a spoonful of the mixture and roll it into balls 
  • Roll each in the remaining coconut flakes 
  • Now its time to store it in the fridge till you are ready to eat 
  • Very simple 
